Market research

Market research plays a vital role in how we communicate with both registrants and members of the public. Research directly influences the development of both our communications strategy and HCPC’s strategy in determining how effective our current strategy is.

We conduct market research with both registrants and members of the public and the feedback we have received so far has been extremely useful. The research has greatly influenced both the communications strategy, for example advertising and the HCPC’s core operations, such as the registration department.
