2012 Review of online activities
The HCPC is reviewing its current online activities and services – its tools, products and services. In September 2012, HCPC commissioned BRYTER to carry out research to inform this review.
The research aims are two-fold:
- Engagement: To identify how the different stakeholder audiences use these online channels to receive information and engage with the HCPC
- Needs: To review how the different audiences needs are being met by the current offering, evaluating if areas are missing or indeed are currently provided but less widely utilised.
